Out of Season
• HIIT with Peak Performance Sussex Our HIIT group training sessions are designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time.
We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN
Saturday Mornings 8.45-9.30 £5 per session

• Yoga with Emma a qualified Yoga instructor that provides equipment and a friendly class suitable for all ages and abilities.
Tuesday Mornings 9-9.45 £5 per session
Just turn up and pay on the day.
During the Season
• Parent and Toddler sessions are from 10am until noon on Wednesday mornings in term time, priced £5 per session (1 adult and 1 or 2 toddlers) or FREE to Season Ticket holders.
NEW for 2017:
• Young Families sessions are Tuesdays is a Parent & Toddler Session from 6pm – 7pm for working parents to enjoy swimming too.
• Family inflatable sessions are from 10am until 11 am every Sunday. Normal entry fees apply, or FREE to Season Ticket holders.
• Early Birds sessions (Adults only) are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6.30am until 9.00am, £3.50 per session or FREE to Season Ticket holders.
• Late Swallows sessions (Adults only) are on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm until 9pm, £3.50 per session or FREE to Season Ticket holders.
• Boot Camp runs every Saturday morning from 9am-10am during the season, costing £5 with a quick dip afterwards included.
• Aquarobics takes place on Tuesday morning from 9.00 – 9.45 during the season. No need to book, just turn up and pay £5 per session.
