Boot Camp combines strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns. Every movement is scalable to suit all abilities. Get healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly, MAKE FITNESS FUN
Saturday mornings: 8:45am-9:30am
Wednesday Mornings: 9:15am – 10:00am
£5 per session per person.
