Boot Camps with Peak Performance Sussex

Boot Camp combines strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns. Every movement is scalable to suit all abilities.

We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN

Sessions take place every Saturday all year round from 8:45-9:30 £5 per session per person.

Yoga with Emma

Enjoy a relaxing start to a Tuesday with Emma a qualified Yoga instructor that provides equipment and a friendly class suitable for all ages and abilities.

Tuesday Mornings 9:15 – 10:00 £5 per session

Just turn up and pay on the day.

During the Season May – September

Parent and Toddler sessions are from 10:00 am until noon on Wednesday mornings during term time.

£5 per session (1 adult and 1 or 2 toddlers) or FREE to Season Ticket holders.

Sid the Sub Inflatable Sessions every Sunday Morning from 10:00 – 11:30 am.

Normal entry fees apply, or FREE to Season Ticket holders.

• Drenched Mini Water Polo every Thursday 18:00 – 19:00 throughout the season

£5 per player

Early Birds sessions (Adults only) are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6:30 until 9:00 am, with the option of Breakfast on a Wednesday Morning in the Cabin

£3.50 per session or FREE to Season Ticket holders.

Late Swallows sessions (Adults only) are on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00 until 9:00 pm, with the option of a glass of wine and nibbles on a Thursday Evening in the Cabin.

£3.50 per session or FREE to Season Ticket holders.

Boot Camp with Peak Performance Sussex runs every Saturday morning from 8:45 – 9:30 am during the season.

£5 with a swim afterwards included for participants.

Aqua Aerobics takes place on Tuesday morning from 9:15 – 10:00 am during the season. No need to book, just turn up and pay £5 per session.

Early Birds & Late Swallows
These sessions offer the opportunity for adults to enjoy an early morning or an evening swim.

Early Birds (Adults only)
6:30 to 9:00 am Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays throughout the season.

Come and enjoy a refreshing early morning swim! Breakfast style refreshments available.

£3.50 per session FREE for Lido Season Ticket Holders

Late Swallows (Adults only)
7 to 9 pm Tuesdays & Thursdays throughout the season.

Come and enjoy a refreshing evening swim after a hard day! Then take refreshments, chat with friends and watch the sun set over the cathedral

£3.50 per session FREE for Lido Season Ticket Holders

On Wednesday morning there is an optional breakfast group and on Thursday evening there is an optional nibbles and drinks group. Both of these are held in The Cabin and everyone is welcome.

Crash Course Swimming Lessons Monday – Friday Every Week During August

(Beginners 9:00 – 9:30  Intermediate / Advanced 9:30 – 10:00)

Saturday Morning Swim School – Every Saturday throughout the Season

(Beginners 9:00 – 9:30 Intermediate 9:30 – 10 :00 Advanced 10:00 – 10:30)
